If you have not seen Christmas in Connecticut it is a wonderful movie. I’ve been meaning to watch it and finally got around to it this year. One of the main characters is Elizabeth Lane, a food writer for “Smart Magazine”. Here is her menu for the 1945 Christmas Dinner:
