The boys (and gal) over at Engineer Awesome and Waterloo Labs have done something pretty incredible. They’ve managed to remotely control a car using their iPhone. On top of that they show you exactly how you can go about turning your own jalopy into a certified death trap. I’ve taken their video and made a little remix. For those of you uninitiated in “ghost riding” Wikipedia defines it as:
…when a person puts a car with an automatic transmission in drive or allows it to idle and then the driver (and passengers) of a vehicle exit while it is still rolling and dance beside it or on the hood or roof.
This is a popular activity among some youth in the San Francisco Bay Area and in particular the East Bay. Well with out further ado the Waterloo Lab Boys ghost riding the whip (song by Mistah Fab – “Ghost Ride It”):
